Kids
Children are a vital and important part of our faith community. We invest considerable resources to ensure that they get the best input that will help them understand the difference that Jesus can make in their lives. Our children’s programmes are kid-centred, vibrant and relevant. We want kids to enjoy their Church, and so we do everything we can to make this a reality.
Morning tea is provided at all our children’s programmes on Sundays.
Mother’s Room (Babies):
This room provides a relaxed, warm and quiet environment for feeding and changing babes. It looks into the auditorium and has a sound system to hear the service. Hot and cold running water is available.
His Kids (6 months - 2 years):
His Kids programmes include a range of exciting activities such as bible stories and lessons, craft, music, action rhymes, free play and morning tea. At any time you can leave your child to be supervised by our capable team, but you’re welcome to stay with your child if you wish.
Kids Under Construction: (3 to 5 years):
This is a fun interactive bible teaching time with fun, action songs. The programme is play/activity focussed which finds very practical ways of learning about God. We recognise birthdays, share news and pray for each other. Most weeks children make something to take home to remind them of what they have learnt. Sub-groups are held according to age breaks.
Kids Church (5 yrs to Year 6):
Kids Church has a dynamic, lively and exciting programme. The kids learn biblical truth through vibrant music, drama and small group interaction. Registration is from 9.45am each Sunday with the programme commencing at 10am.
