Sundays at Northpoint
Sunday services are really important to us. We are on a journey of learning to live out our faith 7 days a week, 24 hrs a day, but Sundays are still a really special time. We come together as a community and worship our amazing God, we learn about our God through biblical teaching, and we hear stories about the way God is at work in the lives of our people.
WHEN & WHERE?
Our auditorium is located at 116 Mangati Rd, Bell Block, New Plymouth.
Our service starts at 10:00am, and usually runs till 11:30am. After that, we have tea and coffee available and we encourage people to stay and chat for as long as they like.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Each Sunday service is different, but we usually have some contemporary worship, an 'open mic' time where we hear encouraging stories about how we have lived out our faith during the week, and a sermon. Our pastors and elders are available to pray with anyone after the service as well.
From time to time, we have all the kids in the service too and have something interactive with them, we may have an interview or testimony from someone from our congregation, and once a month we share communion (Eucharist/Lord's Table/breaking of bread & wine) together.
